Various assessments offers various benefits.

Which will suit you best?

We generally offer the following assessments:

A 'single-joint' or concern area assessment. This includes homework exercises to aid with your concern.
A 'full body' or multi-joint assessment. This includes a full gym training program that includes demonstration videos, as well as home-work exercises to fast-track your results.
A basic movement screening to give us just enough information to prescribe you with a training program.

Another option could be a golf specific physical assessment. Although everyone's swing looks different, we know that certain physical characteristics need to be present to promote a consistent swing.
